During the event organized by AMD in Cannes at France, the Taiwanese company has unveiled the new laptop, MSI Wind U250, of course based on AMD platform.

MSI Wind U250 will be marketed from next summer, and the price (not yet officially announced) should be about 600-650 dollars. The first technical specifications for MSI Wind U250 have emerged on the Web at the end of March 2010. As we reported net, this notebook features an original cover, which covers the lid and wrist rest, with a texture of carbon fiber. MSI Wind U250 is based on the latest generation dual core processor, AMD Athlon II Neo K325 in 1.25GHz.
The screen has a diagonal of 12.1 inches with a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels, managed by an integrated graphics chip ATI Radeon HD with support for DirectX 10.1. MSI Wind U250 is equipped with 4GB of memory, 320GB hard drive, Ethernet, Card Reader, WiFi and webcam. The installed operating system is Windows 7.
