Lenovo IdeaPad U160, U360, U460 and U560 specs and review

The Chinese company announced the update of its series of consumer notebooks, Lenovo IdeaPad U160, U360, U460 and U560, now based on Intel processors with Intel Core Calpella i3, i5 and i7 low.

Lenovo seems to give more power to its IdeaPad U Series notebooks, as recorded by the performance IdeaPad U150 were quite disappointing, or at least the average CULV laptop. Lenovo IdeaPad U460 and Lenovo IdeaPad U460s 14 inch have a thickness less than 25mm, weighs 1.7kg and an optional fingerprint reader. The system can also be configured with Intel Core i7.

The difference between the models IdeaPad U460 and IdeaPad U460s lies in the CPU used: the first version includes an Intel Core processor classic ix-xxxM while the second uses a low-power processor Intel Core xxxM-ix. Both feature a simple design but the original interior with silver / black cover and a textured geometric black / gray. The new Lenovo IdeaPad U460 notebook and Lenovo IdeaPad U460s are expected in the U.S. by June at a starting price of $ 699, as Lenovo IdeaPad U160.

Lenovo IdeaPad U160 is equipped with technology that Ambiant Light Sensor adjusts the screen lighting according to ambient light technology and Active Protection System (APS) that protects the hard drive in case of a fall. Like the IdeaPad U460 model, this laptop has a touchpad with two buttons and a selection of keyboard type chiclet.
