Presented at CES 2010, HP netbook Mini 210 is available in a few days net, in multiple configurations that correspond to many different aesthetic HP Imprint finish, two ornamental design with glossy, Black Crystal and Silver Crystal, and two metallic, Sonoma Red and Pacific Blue. Just a nice deep blue and the sample of 210 objects of our mini preview. Specifically it is a 210-HP Mini 1020sl frameless display (BrightView Infinity Display or BID in accordance with the trade name of manufacturer) and 3 cell battery from 28000th MWh.
Now in its third generation, the HP netbook remain unaltered recognized aesthetic qualities and the innovative capacity that had enabled him to carve out a following in the segment immediately utra-mobile ultra-lowcost.
The design is very linear and simple, like the previous series Compaq and Compaq Mini 700 Mini 110, but a closer examination reveals the apparent continuity of numerous new techniques and styles. We note first of the new keyboard to the island with colored bezel and the glossy HP touchpad Clickpad with multitouch support and select buttons incorporated into the sensitive membrane.
The lever that acts as a power button, located above the front, has shifted to the right, in a more easily accessible. It is appreciated for its originality and intelligence, then the solution chosen for the coating of the fund. A single panel of the same color and with the same finish on the lid covers the whole bottom.
The absence of flip and holes can be rewarding aesthetic on this side but, unlike other netbook competitors, does not affect the overall accessibility of internal components, even the easier, for the happiness of all those users who can not refrain from intervening in any way the hardware, to perform upgrades or maintenance. The coverage of the fund can indeed be easily removed without using a screwdriver, simply by pressing two buttons inside the battery compartment!
HP Mini 210 is sold in a box imprinted with the logos HP MINI and “The PC is personal again”. Inside we find the usual equipment:

When you start the netbook we are guided in how to configure the operating system Windows 7 operating system and auxiliary instant-on HP QuickWeb. The latter will welcome us with every subsequent reboot with its elegant GUI, which was redesigned by HP, unless we decide to launch Starter Edition, Windows 7 (the result is the same even if you remain inactive for 15 seconds).
Derived from Splashtop, QuickWeb is thus based on Linux. It is optimized to start in few seconds and allows you to use some basic applications without having to boot Windows.
