It appears that Apple has to worry about. Soon, the U.S. market, its iPad tablet will be joined by a new device that Google signed, having debuted in the smartphone market, wants to realize his tablet.

In an interview collection from Wall Street Journal, in fact, Lowell McAdam, president of the U.S. Verizon Wireless, confirms that it is working with the Mountain View giant on a competing product of iPad. “We work together. We see everything that Google maintains its technical knowledge to integrate it into a tablet. Although Google declined to confirm on this information, the Mountain View company states that no matter which manufacturer decides to use the Android operating system for its new Tablet.
According to Bloomberg, which reports the views of Marquette Smith (one of the spokesmen of Verizon), it is confirmed that the next tablet will certainly be based on Android operating system and not Chrome OS. Devices with Android are nothing new, however. The French Archos company has recently expanded its range of tablets, with the model 7 and 8 inches and an Internet Tablet 5. However, the mass distribution by an operator could further strengthen Google’s position on this market is still in its infancy.
