After rumors about the new range of Dell Studio XPS 14, 15 and 17, the U.S. company launches Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition. Here are the technical characteristics and first images.
Dell announced a new notebook fashion, which is called the Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition. The Dell consumer notebook computer features an aluminum case with a brushed finish with laser engraved Alloy Waves, the display-lid and palm rest, while the keyboard is accompanied by a 10-key numeric keypad. Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition notebook is a 15.6-inch glossy HD WLED (polished) with TrueLife technology and a resolution of 1366×768 pixels.
The heart of Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition processor is assigned to a model Intel Core i3, i5 and i7, combined with (up to) 8GB of DDR3 RAM and hard disk (up to) 750GB. The graphics component is represented by the integrated Intel HD chip or a dedicated GPU ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 with 1GB of dedicated memory. Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Inside Edition also incorporates a DVD burner or Blu-Ray player, 1.3 megapixel camera, 7in1 card reader, WiFi module 802.11g/n with Bluetooth and WiMAX optional. Dell Inspiron 15R Alloy Edition will have a range of 4 hours (6 cell battery) and up to 8 hours of operation (9-cell battery).
