A few days ago, Asus G73 was launched in the U.S.. In particular the model G73JH Asus laptop is aimed at gamers and multimedia-oriented applications thanks to its 17.3-inch screen and the integration of Intel Calpella platform.
Asus G73, which we got to know at the CES 2010, was officially released a few days ago on the U.S. market. The next step is its entry on the European market, and consequently Italian. Please note that the model G73JH Asus has an Intel Core i7-720QM based on Intel Calpella platform, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870, Blu-Ray and data storage space equal to 1000GB.

This gamestation has a facial recognition system through a webcam, SmartLogon, a mini-operating system ExpressGate to quickly access the Internet and technology Power4Gear Extreme processor that adjusts the frequency depending on application (proposed conditions 4) and allows so depending on the situation to extend the autonomy of the battery from 20 to 25%. Contrary to many laptop computers for gamers, Asus G73 has a sober design and a metallic black finish, both inside and outside.
Its sporty lines remind us, however, its destination and its belonging to the Republic of Gamer range, with an appearance by feisty raffonzato large ventilation grills on the rear, very helpful to expel the hot air produced by the processor, but especially by the graphics card dedicated. The LCD screen is very close to the keyboard, and it has backlit keys flat and well separated from each other. Decentralization on the left, the touchpad has a bar with two buttons for selection.
The sides welcomed the section on the left of networking with Ethernet port, a USB optical drive, another USB port and audio jacks. On the right, we find the power connector, one VGA, HDMI, 2 USB ports and memory card reader. Asus G73JH is a top range gamestion efficiently addressed to players or just users with a distinct vocation multimedia. This characteristic is manifested by the presence of a Blu-Ray and the resolution (probably) Full HD screen. We await the configuration, price and launch date for the Italian market.
