After the presentation of the models EeeTop ET2002, ET2002T and ET2203T, Asus Announces New All-in-one Eee Top ET2010AGT. One of the things that immediately jumps to the eye, and the technical configuration that goes beyond the classic Atom processor, ideal for basic applications. The Asus shows off new baby at home, instead, a discrete processor AMD Athlon X2 250u with an operating frequency of 1.6GHz paired with the AMD RX780 chipset and a memory of 4 GB.
This point of departure speaks volumes about the intentions of this system, no doubt used as multimedia station for gaming but also considering the ATI Mobility Radeon HD5470 video card equipped with 512MB of dedicated memory. Then Eee Top ET2010AGT goes beyond the usual required configuration for systems of this kind. Pictures, videos, applications and games find their natural place in a 20-inch diagonal display with support for multitouch capabilities and able to work with a native resolution of 1440×900 pixels.
The technical equipment continues with the presence of a convenient DVD SuperMulti optical drive, despite the presence of a multi-format card reader, remains an important component of a versatile system. Network Adapter Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n compartment used to form the connections. With the integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, keep in touch with friends is a fun and enjoyable experience while the presence of six USB 2.0 ports no problem with the connection of new devices.
If you wish to experience a live video of greatest impact, through the HDMI video output, you can connect Asus Eee Top ET2010AGT an external display or TV in high definition. Equipped, as expected, with the operating system Microsoft Windows 7 optimized for touch systems, the new jewel of the house Asus comes with wireless keyboard and mouse in order to reduce the clutter on the desk and annoying cables.
Availability is initially scheduled in France in May. Asus has also provided Asus EeeTop ET2010AG, a similar model without the touch technology. The price should be placed around 600 euros for the latter version and around 650 euros for the brother multitouch.
