Asus first releases its netbook equipped with the new Intel Atom N550 dual core processor. we’re talking about the Asus Eee PC 1015PEM.
Yesterday Intel announced the availability of the first Netbook equipped dual core N550 Atom processor and Asus was quick to present their model. It’s called Asus Eee PC 1015PEM and will immediately be on sale at the list price of 349 euros.
Atom Pineview processor dual core 45nm product miniaturization and is able to simulate four core logic thanks to HyperThreading technology. The benefit in terms of performance is immediately visible, allowing you to play movies in High Definition 720p without any slowdown.
Other specifications and features of Asus Eee PC 1015PEM include 2GB of DDR3 RAM and the usual range of wired and wireless networking solutions.
Four colors available: red, black, white and pink.
