German colleagues have had the opportunity to first “unpack” an Acer Aspire One D255 with Windows XP operating system and Google Android. Here are the first impressions.

Only a few weeks ago, Acer has officially launched a new version of its 10 inches netbook. We talk about the Acer Aspire One D255 model with dual OS in dual boot, Google Android and Windows XP, in Taiwan reviewed by German colleagues. You can take a first look at the unboxing videos and photos just below.
The Acer netbook is available in Taiwan for $ 289 and complete, as already expected, Android and Windows XP operating system, 160GB hard drive and 1GB of memory. As you can see from the video to load the Google Android operating system, you have to launch Windows utility first to configure and start the netbook to boot Android.
After gaining access Google in the OS, you’ll notice that Acer has configured the OS to use the mouse, a feature absent in most of the Android-based devices since they have touch screens. The Taiwanese company has also introduced an Android tab on the desktop, allowing you to leave the Google OS and load Windows XP.
