Acer, during an event held in Cannes, today unveiled a new range of netbooks based on all AMD HD Netbook with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4225.

The new family of netbooks Taiwanese company includes a 10-inch model, Acer Aspire One 521, and two models 11.6-inch, the Acer Aspire One 721 and Acer Aspire One 1551. The first has a single core AMD processor V105 1.2GHz, support for DDR3, ATI Radeon HD 4225 and an HDMI port. Acer Aspire One 521 has a 10-inch screen with 1024 x 600 pixels, standard. The system is then completed with 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive and announced a range of 7 hours continuously.
Acer Aspire One 721, however, is characterized by an AMD Athlon Neo K325 dual core with a 11.6 inch display and a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. This model also includes an integrated graphics subsystem ATI Radeon HD 4225 and an HDMI port. Connectivity uses three USB ports, optional Bluetooth and 3G, while the battery is 5600mAh model. Acer Aspire One is similar to 1551 Aspire One 721, but based on a dual core AMD Turion II and ATI Radeon HD 4225 graphics chip.
This model has a 11.6 inch LCD panel with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. And this an HDMI port, WiFi, Bluetooth and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system. At the moment we do not know if 1551 Acer Aspire One will cross the boundaries of the net market, but we are confident that in the coming days we will be able to add new details.
